Happy 70th, Gung Gung!

Gung Gung did not want a big party for his 70th birthday.  Instead he just wanted to have lunch with his immediate family.

Katelyn made a card for Gung Gung and sealed the envelope herself.

One of Katelyn's favorite things at Happy Hallow is the puppet show.  Before the show started, Bella got up on the stage.  Apparently she doesn't have stage fright.

This time, Katelyn wasn't as afraid of the roller coaster.  She laughed the whole time on the ride and went on it 3 times!  It was Mommy's first time on the ride.  She is not a fan of roller coasters and thought the drops were a little scary for little kids.

Mommy cherishes moments like this when Katelyn is full of hugs and snuggles.  Mommy knows this won't be the case during the teenage years.

While Katelyn and Mommy were on the roller coaster, Bella and Daddy went on the Danny the Dragon ride.

The weather has been pretty warm lately, so the girls made a trip to a local beach in Alameda.  The girls loved playing in the sand, but the beach turned out pretty cold and windy, hence why the girls are dressed in sweatshirts and pants.

Katelyn wanted to go in the water, but it was way too cold.  She and Daddy went to collect water to make sand castles.

It was Bella's first time at the beach.  She liked scooping sand into the pail.

Auntie Ali got the girls matching outfits which they wore to school and daycare.
